Andrew Garfield

Andrew Russell Garfield, born August 20, 1983, is a native of Los Angeles, California. He is an American actor and a producer. Garfield's roles are The Social Network (2010), The Amazing Spider-Man 2012 and Hacksaw Ridge 2016. Garfield began his acting career on stage before beginning his television debut with Sugar Rush in 2005. He made then his movie debut with Mumbojumbo. He achieved fame after his appearance in The Social Network in 2010 and in 2012 he portrayed Spider-Man, the beloved character in a new film that was directed by Marc Webb. He is the father of American Richard Garfield and British Lynn Hillman and has an older brother named Ben. In 2003, his family relocated into Surrey England. As a child he attended acting classes and was involved in many school productions. Then he enrolled in the Central School of Speech and Drama in London taking his first steps into the theater.
